This organization is a group of independent wheelchair van dealers who are all committed to improving the accessible transportation options for people requiring adaptive equipment for mobility. All of their wheelchair rental vans are regularly inspected to ensure that you receive an accessible vehicle rental that is reliable and comfortable. As a dedicated member, Goldenwest Mobility follows guidelines set in place by AVA, thus providing safety and customer satisfaction.
About Accessible Vans Of America
Founded in February of 1997, Accessible Vans of America, LLC. (AVA) is a member owned organization made up of independent mobility dealers across the United States who rent, sell and service wheelchair accessible vehicles. The purpose of this organization is to consistently provide its customers with the highest standards of product quality, safety and customer service found in the industry. AVA's primary focus is the rental of wheelchair accessAMible vehicles.
The philosophy of the organization is to recruit top mobility dealers. AVA is the only organization in this industry to require that all members be an existing mobility dealer as well as a member of NMEDA, National Mobility Equipment Dealers Association. This qualification ensures that all of their locations have the knowledge, training and understanding of the specialized needs and abilities that exist for their customers.

Terms & Conditions
- 4 day minimum rental period on week days.
- Up to 5 day minimum rental period on regular weekends.
- Up to 7 day minimum rental period on holiday weekends.
- 15.9% Spokane rental tax rate for rentals under 30 days and 9.2% for rentals 30 days or more.
- 100 cumulative free miles per rental day.
- Additional miles charged at $ .40 per mile.
- Refueling charge of $10.00 per gallon if the van is not returned with a full tank of gas.
- $500.00 deposit charged to a major credit card (not a debit or check card) required.
- Must pay rental fees in advance to receive a reservation.
- $200.00 cancellation fee for cancellations made less than 72 hours before rental period begins.
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
- Must be at least 25 years of age to rent or drive.
- Must have verified full insurance coverage covering the rental vehicle.
- $75 fee for pick-up or drop-off of occupants within Spokane city limits.
- $150 fee for pick-up or drop-off of rental van within Spokane city limits.
